SPRING CLEAN-UP

We have scheduled our annual Spring Clean-Up of the church grounds for this coming Saturday morning, May 16, from 8:00 - Noon. We need to rake all of the flower beds and clean-out all of the gutters. Please bring your garden gloves and tools and come lend a hand.

7TH ANNUAL CHURCH PICNIC

Our end-of-the-year Church Picnic will be held this coming Sunday, May 17, immediately following the 10:00 service. We will gather in Fellowship Hall, on the patio, and in the Creekside Commons. The Fellowship Team will be providing a sub sandwich luncheon along with games and activities for children and adults alike. Please bring your own lawn chair or blanket if you would like to sit outside.

THE END OF OUR CHURCH PROGRAM YEAR

Please don’t forget that our church program year, along with our Church School program, ends this coming Sunday, May 17. From Memorial Day weekend, through Labor Day weekend, we celebrate with one service on Sunday mornings at 9:00.

INQUIRER’S GATHERING

Sunday evening, May 31, at 6:00, Jeff Suddendorf will host an Inquirer’s Gathering in the church Library, for all those who are considering becoming members of our church. This is an opportunity to get to know one another and to learn more about the life and work of First Congregational Church. If you are new to our community, please come join us. We will officially welcome new members into our church on Sunday, June 7.

WEDNESDAY LUNCH AT CHURCH

Each Wednesday at Noon, you are invited to meet Jeff in the church library for lunch and Bible study. We always take time to visit before reflecting upon the lectionary reading for the upcoming Sunday. Please bring your own lunch. The last lunch of the program will be Wednesday, May 20.

MEN’S BREAKFAST

Men in the church are invited to gather for breakfast every Thursday morning, at 8:00, at the Dockside Deli.  The group always has fun considering a Question of the Day. If you are able, please come and join the conversation.
