Our first ever Fish Day Weekend Kickball Game will be held on Sunday afternoon, July 17, at 2:00 at Kolbach Park on the north side of Port Washington. Children and adults alike are invited to participate or come be a fan. Jeff has offered to be the full-time pitcher and will only throw his crazy curve ball to the adults!

During the summer months, from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend, we celebrate with one service on Sunday mornings at 9:00.

The church office will be closed on Thursdays through the end of August. Office hours are from 8:30 – Noon.

Last year our church established a Little Free Library on the north side of the church. We have been filling it with children's books and lots of them have been "checked out". If you have children's books that you would be willing to donate, please drop them off in the church office so that we can put a Little Free Library label on them.

The Lay Academy is a theological education program for members and friends of the Wisconsin Conference. Meeting five weekends a year, for two years, participants explore all aspects of a seminary education. What makes the program so exciting is that each weekend features a different theologian or professor. Beginning in 1997, seventeen members of our church have participated in the program. If you are interested in learning more about the Lay Academy please speak to Jeff or click here. The registration deadline is July 31.

Every year, members and friends of our church participate in charitable fundraising events (walks, runs, bike rides, etc.) helping to raise thousands of dollars for a variety of worthy causes.  As a church community, we support these efforts by contributing $100 per event from our Local Mission Fund.  If you are planning to participate in one of these fundraisers, please complete and submit the Charitable Fundraiser Contribution Request form.

Men in the church are invited to gather for breakfast every Thursday morning, at 8:00, at the Dockside Deli. The group always has fun considering a Question of the Day. If you are able, please come and join the conversation.

If you wonder what you missed, copies of last Sunday’s bulletin are always available on the literature rack in the church entryway and CDs of the service are always available in the church office.
